This course prepares students for the BPI Envelope Professional national written and field exams. This course is for energy auditors, remodelers, builders, insulators, HVAC contractors, and housing inspectors who have previously achieved the BPI Building Analyst certification and have the desire to add the BPI Envelope Specialist Certification.

Who should take this ARN Envelope Professional Training for BPI Certification Course?

This course prepares students for the BPI Envelope Professional national written and field exams. This course is for energy auditors, remodelers, builders, insulators, HVAC contractors, and housing inspectors who have previously achieved the BPI Building Analyst certification and have the desire to add the BPI Envelope Specialist Certification.

Who should take this In-Class Proctored RESNET Rater Written Test?

This proctoring session provides the administration and proctoring of the RESNET National Exams. You choose either the Home Energy Rater or Field Inspector exam. Student is expected to be fully prepared and bring all reference material needed for the exam. There is a review session included prior to taking the national RESNET test to help students prepare.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring a credit card with you to pay a test fee of $50 directly to RESNET prior to taking the test. This fee goes to RESNET and is not included in the $150 fee for proctoring the exam and providing a review prior to the administration of the test.

This newly revised 3 day course teaches students about the fundamentals of how energy is used within the home. Building components and systems are explained in sufficient detail to assist in preparation for certification exams conducted by Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) and/or Building Performance Institute (BPI). The course has been expanded to increase the time for the comprehension and retention of subject matter.
