ARN Quality Assurance Program

The ARN Quality Assurance Program has been developed to aid those in the business of performing home energy ratings. This program is to ensure all raters who have chosen to work with ARN as their provider have the opportunity to gain from the expertise of ARN in doing ratings, inspections, and numerous other skills addressing building science issues.

ARN personnel will perform the on-site visits for inspection verification required by RESNET.

• You submit your rating file to ARN once a rating of a home is complete. ARN reviews the rating and contacts you via email with any questions or corrections needed.
• Once the file is finalized, ARN will set print permissions allowing you to create final reports from the REM/Rate file for your clients and will mail you a Certification Sticker if applicable.
• ARN then archives the rating with the appropriate program.

To join the ARN network you will need to sign the Annual Rater Agreement and return it to ARN along with the annual fee of $375. You must also sign the REM/Rate Sub-License Agreement. Upon receipt of this signed agreement, you will receive the software along with a user ID and password for the software.
